See erupting geysers and hot springs, experience the majesty of the Gutlfoss waterfall, and walk the Viking trails in the lava canyon in Thingvetlir National Park, where the American and Eurasian continents diverge (the distance between them increases by about 2 cm per year). The classic Golden Ring tour is the best-selling one-day tour! Not seeing a geyser is not being in Iceland, right? The tour begins with a stop at Thingvetlir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of the world’s oldest existing parliament. This is also where the giant tectonic plates of America and Eurasia diverged and a rift valley was formed – you can see it from the viewing platform on the shore of Iceland’s largest lake. Next stop is one of Iceland’s most famous natural wonders: Geysir Hot Springs, home to the only original geyser. The ground trembles, every few minutes the famous Strokkur geyser erupts spectacularly hot water. And finally, the walk down to the Gutlfoss waterfall is an unforgettable experience.

Golden Circle
If you only do one tour in Iceland, this is it!
Meet Our Geysir
The most famous erupting hot spring, recorded in written documents as early as 1294, gave its name to the natural phenomena all over the world.
Due to its unique documented origin, it is called the Great Geyser, although in fact, in terms of activity and the height of the water column thrown above the surface, it is a geyser below average. After all, literally a few steps from the Geyser you can admire the much larger and more significant Strokkur geyser.
“If Great Geysir erupts, something big is going on. Run.”

Feel the beauty of our Golden Waterfall
The walk down to the Gullfoss waterfall is an unforgettable experience.
Here, a powerful glacial river with thunderous roar descends in a two-level cascade 32 meters into a narrow canyon.
